Ers ei hethol i’r Senedd yn 2021, mae Heledd wedi bod yn llais angerddol ac ymroddedig dros ei hetholwyr ynghyd a gweledigaeth Plaid Cymru o Gymru decach a chryfach.

Mae hi wedi hyrwyddo’r materion sydd bwysicaf i bobl ar draws y Cymoedd a thu hwnt, megis gwella gwasanaethau cyhoeddus, diogelu’r amgylchedd, trechu tlodi a chryfhau cymunedau Cymru. Mae ei harweinyddiaeth wrth fynd i’r afael â heriau lleol, ynghyd â’i gallu i siarad ag awdurdod ar feysydd mor amrywiol â’r argyfwng hinsawdd, diwylliant, cyllid a hawliau dynol, yn adlewyrchu ei dealltwriaeth ddofn o bryderon yr etholaeth a nod ehangach y Blaid o Gymru Annibynnol.

O ddwyn Llywodraeth Lafur Cymru i gyfrif, i gynnig atebion sydd wedi’u gwreiddio mewn tegwch a chynaliadwyedd, mae Heledd wedi ennill ymddiriedaeth a pharch fel cynrychiolydd galluog ac egwyddorol.

Bydd ail-ddewis Heledd fel yr ymgeisydd ar frig rhestr y Blaid yn sicrhau parhad, profiad, a ffocws diwyro ar gyflawni dros bobl Cymru. Mae ei record o weithio ar y cyd, ymgysylltu â chymunedau, a hyrwyddo agenda flaengar Plaid Cymru yn ei gwneud hi’n ased amhrisiadwy wrth i’r blaid geisio adeiladu momentwm ac arwain llywodraeth nesaf Cymru. Ar adeg pan fo Cymru’n wynebu heriau sylweddol, o ansicrwydd economaidd i bwysau amgylcheddol, mae angen arweiniad Heledd, ei gonestrwydd a’i hangerdd dros gyfiawnder cymdeithasol i ennyn hyder a chyflawni cynnydd diriaethol ar gyfer ein cymunedau a’r genedl.

Since her election to the Senedd in 2021, Heledd has been a passionate and committed voice for her constituents and Plaid Cymru’s vision of a fairer, stronger Wales.

She has championed issues that matter most to people across the Valleys and beyond, such as improving public services, protecting the environment, tackling poverty and strengthening Welsh communities. Her leadership in addressing local challenges, combined with her ability to speak with authority on areas as diverse as the climate emergency, culture, finance and human rights, reflects her deep understanding of both constituency concerns and the broader aim of an Independent Wales.
